Fail Forward & Fail Fast

“A failure is a man who has blundered but is not capable of cashing in on the experience.”
Elbert Hubbard
Life is a learning game. I am constantly learning what to do or what not to do. Yesterday Therese hosted our first tele-conference. It felt like we were at the top of a roller coaster waiting to the weightless rush dow the hill. A fun and exhilarating experience. We learned TONS of things that we will continue to do, like being authentic, being in conversation with each other and winging it, and things we do not want to do like obsessing over content.
Radical Leadership is committed to “Attracting More Clients” and step one for us was to get out there and create things. So having done our first tele-seminar we are feeling pretty darn good! Even though we are on the learning curve, we are excited to have created a value-packed seminar.
Because this was our first of many Tele-seminars, we would love to hear how it went for you. Please post any of your thoughts, what you would like more of and less of in the future… We look forward to consistently being in service of you creating the life that you want.
